Binary Clock composed of a 4x4 grid of dots. It works by dividing the day into 16 bits, or 65536 parts. That makes each "second", or bit, last exactly 1.318359375 real seconds.

Conference program app for the Chaos Communication Congress The 39th Chaos Communication Congress (39C3) takes place in Hamburg on 27–30 Dec 2025, and is the 2025 edition of the annual four-day conference on technology, society and utopia organized by the Chaos Computer Club (CCC) and volunteers.
