Outspoke — Open Source Productivity App

Outspoke is a free and open-source speech-to-text keyboard for Android.

All transcription happens entirely on your device using the NVIDIA Parakeet ASR model via ONNX Runtime - no audio ever leaves your phone, no account required, and no internet connection is needed after the model is downloaded.

Features

• Fully on-device inference - completely private
• Works as a standard Android Input Method (IME) in any app
• Downloads the model once over Wi-Fi; works offline afterwards
• No Google Play Services, Firebase, or any third-party telemetry
• Minimal permissions: microphone, notifications, foreground service

Requirements

• Android 11 (API 30) or higher
• ~700 MB free storage for the model file
